EQUIPE
- Poste au sein d’une équipe de 10 à 20 personnes, sous la responsabilité d’un Team Leader, dédiée à un compte ou plusieurs clients.
- Travail en collaboration avec l’Account Manager et les autres Chefs de Projet / assistants chefs de projet / back-office / chef de projet transport.

OPERATIONS
- Gestion des événements clients en France et à l’étranger essentiellement : séminaires, congrès, formations, lancement de produit, soirées événementielles, incentive.
- Réponse aux demandes clients : rédaction de recommandations attractives, claires et créatives.
- Gestion des fournisseurs et prestataires : recherche, contractualisation, suivi des prestations (transport, hôtels, transferts, production technique, visites )
- Organiser des prestations de qualité dans le respect du devis et des attentes du client.
- Gestion des participants sur certains événements
- Gestion du transport en relation avec le CDP transport
- Gestion du budget, de la facturation et du recouvrement

FINANCE / BACK OFFICE/ TECHNOLOGIE
- Respect des process internes de back office
- Respect du process d’audit client
- Utilisation des outils internes ou clients pour la gestion des événements

CLIENT
- Relation client : travail en collaboration avec le demandeur interne
- Rôle important dans le conseil client
- Force de proposition
- Accompagnement sur les événements

DIVERS
- Capacité à travailler sur un compte global : collaboration inter pays, benchmark des best practices, des process
- Veille et identification des tendances du marché afin de faire des offres créatives et innovantes (tendances, nouveaux lieux...)
- Développement de relations commerciales avec des prestataires nationaux comme hôtels, transféristes et agences.
