**What you'll do & learn**

We are looking for a rock star Finance Manager who will lead the finance team, maintain the financial health of the business and consolidate the foundations for future growth. Your missions will include:

- Performance Analysis
- Monitor key financial & performance operational metrics and share insights across teams to improve business performance.
- Participate in closed collaboration with VPs & CEO to the creation of financial models to support growth & strategy (Sales & Ops Plannning, Bonus, Sales Forecast, P&L analysis)
- Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
- Define and track budgets across the organization, identify variances between budget & forecast & recommend corrective actions
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations, especially in being the owner of our tax exemption process (CIR, CII) & subvention seeking
- Create internal & external (investissors) reporting
- Accounting & Cash Collection
- Accounting & related operations: Handle financial closing (FR & US) and account audits (including organization of General Assembly for the financial closing).
- Manage Customer Invoicing
- Implement tool & process to automatize invoicing
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, insurance and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, implementing appropriate controls.
- Ensure the opening and run of admin in foreign offices.
- Equity & related operations: Implement, coordinate and track employee stock-options.

You will manage a team of 2 people (entry position), actively collaborate with different teams in France and the US, and report to the VP of Operations.

**What you embody**
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Accounting
- Master’s degree from a Business School
- Detail-oriented and strong project management skills - You have the ability to self-start, multitask, overcome obstacles and meet deadlines with accuracy
- Strong analytical skills - you are very comfortable with numbers and possess superior MS Excel skills
- Impact-oriented - Highly energetic, you have a strong drive and seek to have impact
- Good communication and ability to collaborate efficiently with other teams
- Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
