- Integrated Business Planning (S&OP, IBP) transformation towards more integration and innovation? Join the newly created Center of Excellence Demand planning as Global Demand Analyst Junior and be a key contributor to more automatized and efficient processes.

What you’ll do:
Project manager Global Planning Performance Cockpit demand (GPPC):

- Operational support Cognos decommissioning: coordination with IT/data analytics team to secure data availability in GPPC datahub

Focus on automation of processes to support local teams:

- GPPC dashboard: Actively enhance the GPPC demand dashboards to provide clear and accurate data, coordinating with local key users to reflect business requirements
- Animation of the key user community - encouraging best practice sharing
- Advanced training on all key users globally to ensure good use of reporting tools
- Reporting: Build and improve the current reporting and scorecard (S&OP, ExCOM), automation, best practices sharing

Lead the consolidation and analysis of the sales forecast for one category:

- Feedback loop, pre
- S&OP/S&OP preparation, volatility analysis, Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for supply

Machine learning Business Project Owner role:

- ensure the good roll out of the technology across the region
- secure good knowledge and usage among end users

S&OP/IBP support:

- Support operational roll out of IT roadmap and methodology
- Secure defined process and continuous improvement
- Feedback loop: Improve the tools/process to focus on market and demand forward looking plan

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with a significant internship in Demand Planning or Analytics or Data science
- Fluent in English
- Proficient use of MS Office with solid skill on Excel
- Power BI is a plus (possibility to learn about it)
- Strong analytical skills
- Curious, self-motivated, and proactive
- Proactive and taking ownership of roles and responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking
- Well organized, management of priorities, ability to work within set deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player
