**The role**

Reporting to the **Head of Projects FR Transport Intelligence**, the **Project Manager** is responsible for one or more projects and ensures that commitments and objectives made to clients are met.

As a Project Manager, your role will involve **leading ticketing and Open Payment projects in France**, in response to public tenders issued by contracting authorities. These systems are either full ticketing systems (typically generating €4M to €6M in revenue) or automated ticket vending machines used to equip tram/bus stations, interfacing with a central ticketing system (revenue varies depending on the size of the network).

**How to make an impact**
- You prepare and lead project review meetings (deliverables, milestones, risks, legal, financial) internally and externally.
- You coordinate all project stakeholders (internal teams and clients) on various aspects (launch, design, implementation, validation, testing, deployment, acceptance), in collaboration with the Technical Project Manager.
- You plan and manage the financial aspect of the project (remaining work, PnL, etc.).
- You work with the PMO for project planning (scheduling, workload plan, milestones ).
- You are responsible for contract execution and contract monitoring, in collaboration with the Contract Manager if needed.
- You formalize amendments and change requests with input from the relevant teams.

You are responsible for **project organization**, which includes:

- Managing client relationships throughout the project.
- Setting up governance rituals/tools for internal and client-side tracking.
- Defining and monitoring risks and opportunities.
- Mobilizing and engaging project-dedicated resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting to the Transport BU management.
- Defining work packages (content/timelines) with the Technical PM and prioritizing within your scope.
- Enforcing internal processes.
- Managing the financial performance of the project (revenue, margin, billing, payments, PnL).
- Ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Ensuring smooth and professional transfer from Build to Run phases without customer impact.

As Project Manager, you **own** the project, its commitments, and customer satisfaction, within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team: sales, product, delivery, engineering, deployment, validation, support...

**Your background**

You have a **Master’s degree or Engineering degree (Bac+5)** in project management or related fields and **solid experience managing client projects**, ideally in an industrial company. You are **client-oriented**, committed to delivering results, able to manage several projects in parallel, and place special importance on the **human side of project management**.

Recognized for your **technical expertise, adaptability, and pragmatism**, you also have strong **interpersonal and communication skills**. You understand problems within their context and can propose and implement effective solutions.

This position requires a **very good command of French and English**.
