**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to build brand awareness and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Plan and create social media content, primarily for **LinkedIn** (and other relevant platforms).
- Write engaging articles, press releases, speeches, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate and manage **webinars**, from planning to execution.
- Prepare speeches and talking points for leadership.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing and communication efforts.
- Oversee and schedule social media posts, monitoring engagement and reporting performance.
- Support basic visual content creation using tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PR activities with business goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English** (native or near-native proficiency).
- Proven **B2B tech PR** experience.
- Experience in **social media management** (especially LinkedIn).
- Skilled in content planning and execution.
- Experience in **speech preparation** and messaging development.
- Ability to create compelling press releases and articles.
- Basic design skills for creating visuals and social media assets.
- Highly **energized**, proactive, and self-driven personality.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:

- Experience in **podcast creation**.
- Understanding of **SEO** and content marketing fundamentals.
- Experience working in **international markets**.
- Knowledge of additional social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Familiarity with **graphic design tools** (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Previous experience as a PR Manager in a **recruitment agency** is a strong plus.
