Pierre recherche pour son CLIENT 2 PRODUCT DESIGNERS #CDI à Paris (43-53k€+). 3 ans d'XP - Etres passionné(e) de design pour savoir / évangéliser - anglais pro/courant est un plus. **MISSION**: Tu conçois / optimises les interfaces - app', sites web ou outils métiers - de clients grands comptes - Musée d'Orsay, Vuitton, Min. des Finances, - au sein d'une équipe design (UX, UXR, UXW, UI, Product Designer,...) **RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**: Cadrer / définir les besoins client pour le projet. Organiser et animer les ateliers clients de co-conception / idéation avec les parties prenantes (équipe commerciale...). Conduire les "tests utilisateurs" pour recueillir les feedbacks et confirmer/améliorer tes propositions. Reboucler en permanence avec les Développeurs / lean design. Vérifier la conformité au design conçu. **Animer le lien client**: communiquer avec les clients au quotidien et effectuer un suivi de projet régulier **OUTILS**: wireframing de type FIGMA **PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**: Tu as une appétence pour les projets au long cours, tu es curieux(se), et aimes vulgariser et présenter ce que tu fais. Tu es à l'aise pour mener les ateliers / test utilisateurs. Tu parles personas couramment. Toujours en veille, tu utilises des outils de type Figma pour prototyper rapidement. Les notions de Design System, d’OPS, d’agilité, d’Atomic design te parlent. Tu rejoins une équipe design pluridisciplinaire - UX, UI, UX writer et Product designer -; pionnière sur les pratiques - écoconception, accessibilité -, et surtout dotée d'un vrai esprit d'équipe, avec ses rituels comme les « Vendredi de l' UX ». Postule en 2 mn ⤵ et viens construire des parcours internautes simples / utiles pour les "têtes d'affiches" du CAC40
