Le site d’Élancourt rassemble la totalité des moyens de développement, d’intégration et de tests des activités optroniques, électroniques de missiles et lasers intenses de Thales en France. De formation supérieur école d’ingénieur en systèmes embarquée ou formation similaire, vous avez acquis une première expérience en tant que chef de projet sur un développement multi-métiers incluant un lot logiciel important et une composante intégration système forte.

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
En tant que Work Package Manager, vous rejoignez une équipe d’environ 20 personnes et serez amené à:

- piloter le lot dans le respect des coûts, délais et qualité
- organiser les activités d’ingénierie : définir le cycle de développement du système, ajuster l‘environnement d’ingénierie (processus, pratiques et outils) selon les exigences pays/société
- garantir les engagements vis à vis du projet incluant la satisfaction des exigences des parties prenantes sous contraintes fournies par l'Architecte et le Project Design Authority
- assurer le reporting au niveau projet et au niveau management hiérarchique à travers les revues de lot
- assurer l’interface entre les ingénieries de domaine et les métiers

Le poste pouvant nécessiter d'accéder à des informations relevant du secret de la défense nationale, la personne retenue fera l'objet d'une procédure d’habilitation, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2311-1 et suivants du Code de la défense et de l’IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE du 09 août 2021.
