The **Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick**, part of** **The iNUA Collection**, is looking for a talented and experienced **Brasserie Manager** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Brasserie, ensuring exceptional guest service, food and beverage quality, and profitability. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment while exceeding guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the Brasserie operation, including staff scheduling, training, and development.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to Radisson Blu and iNUA Collection standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, motivating and inspiring your team.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotel.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
- A strong track record of success in achieving revenue targets and exceeding guest expectations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
