**Scope**

You are a dynamic, curious, and motivated student seeking an internship or apprenticeship in finance transformation and data analytics.

You will join the Finance Transformation team, a central function driving process & systems harmonization, automation, and reporting excellence across the finance organization globally. You will report to the Global Finance Transformation Manager and collaborate closely with various departments (Controlling, FP&A, IT, Operations, Sales Transformation, Data Office) and regions (EMEA, APAC, NAR, LATAM).

**Responsibilities**

As a key contributor to our transformation journey, you will:

- Support ongoing data analytics projects to improve the visibility and reliability of KPIs
- Contribute to the design and automation of financial dashboards (Power BI) for strategic reporting and operational follow-up.
- Help produce the monthly Group Finance Pack and project updates for Workstream Leaders
- Engage with regional stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives covering process optimization, reporting standardization, and Budget & forecast improvements.
- Identify and replace manual tasks with sustainable, scalable automated solutions.
- Contribute to the design of tools and models used for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Take ownership of small projects and drive them independently with the support of senior team members.

**Experience and profile**

You are currently studying Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science applied to Finance, and are looking for an internship focused on finance transformation and data-driven decision-making.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Finance, SAP, Planning Analytics, Power BI and/or SQL is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into insights
