**About the internship**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales & Business Development Intern** to join our **Retail & Strategic Verticals** team for a 6-month internship. The role offers hands-on experience in supporting **B2B sales operations**, with a strong focus on **Salesforce management**, **reporting**, and daily collaboration with our **Business Development Specialists (BDS)** and **Key Account Managers (KAM)** across the EMEA region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Retail & Strategic Verticals team with **sales coordination** and client follow-up
- Manage and update **Salesforce**: opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales activities
- Support the creation of **sales reports, dashboards**, and KPIs to track pipeline and performance
- Contribute to the preparation of **presentations, commercial offers**, and account reviews
- Help with **lead qualification**, data accuracy, and CRM enrichment
- Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams

**Profile**
- Currently enrolled in a **Bachelor's or Master's degree** in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in **Excel** and **PowerPoint**; comfortable working with data
- Familiar with **Salesforce** or any CRM tool (a strong plus)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus
- Strong interest in sales, digital technology, or the payment industry
