International Tax Trainee - GHO Tax, Marseille
**Job Purpose**:
The Headquarter of CEVA Logistics in Marseille is looking for its next Tax Trainee Discover the organization of the tax function in a top five major logistics player worldwide. Participate in the daily tasks of an International Tax Lawyer and gain experience in complex tax matters.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Assist the entire team in managing all tax-related issues (direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, restructurings, etc.)
Conduct legal and tax research
Assist the team with various tax projects
**Knowledge, Experience & Skills**:
Master's degree in tax
Bar qualification (qualified attorney/lawyer), LLM abroad (a plus)
Experience in corporate Finance (a plus)
Other internships in corporations and/or law firms
Internship in an English/American law firm. Experience in another country in an international environment (a plus)
Tax law and international tax principles. English full proficiency
French proficiency is a plus but not required. Other languages are a plus
Team capability, interpersonal and service-oriented skills
