**MISSION**:
Within the Group Tax Department, you will be part of a team of six people focused on the tax management of CMA CGM's worldwide network of agencies. Your presence at the Head Office will lead you to participate in the coordination of regional teams as well as in the direct management of tax issues in the EMEA zone.
You will also be involved in the new Air Cargo division of our group, again on a tax level.
You will be involved in various tax assignments based on the following areas:
- Assistance to international tax audits
Exchanges with local teams and understanding of tax issues
Analysis of the applicable local tax law and the relevance of the proposed increase
Review of responses to notifications and other procedural documents
- Airline taxation
Research related to the operational activity of the aviation division
Setting up and monitoring of commercial partnerships
- Tax coordination
Assistance and advice to the different agencies of the group
Implementation and monitoring of CMA CGM group tax policies
Drafting of tax notes and technical research
Review of tax clauses in contracts that may be signed by agencies
- Tax watch
Follow-up of tax news and participation in the implementation of possible legislative and/or jurisprudential changes.
Your main contacts will be the members of the tax team as well as the regional or agency Administrative and Financial Directors.
**PROFILE AND SKILLS**:
Currently in a Master's degree program with a major in taxation and/or in law school with a solid foundation in international taxation, you have completed a first internship in an international company and/or in a law firm specialized in corporate taxation.
You are fluent in English and are comfortable with figures (Excel...).
**The qualities required for this position are the following**:
- Curiosity and an interest in discovering applicable tax laws around the world
- Rigor, methodical and organized profile, you ensure the quality and reliability of the information you collect
- Sense of teamwork
- Communication skills, ability to listen and to advise
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information and writing skills
- Proactivity and willingness to understand operational issues
**Gratification**: between 1000€ and 1500€ gross per month
