Market Finance Business Partner

**Localization**: Saint-Denis-de-L'Hôtel (30 minutes from Orléans)

**Type of contract**: permanent contract

Market Finance Business Parent role includes the consolidation and reporting of financial results, managing the financial aspects of S&OP and driving a long term perspective to facilitate the annual financial planning process. The role will help link all processes to business strategy through business justifications for CAB and incorporating longer long term reviews into S&OP.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, Finance or MBA
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting
- Strong analysis skill, detail oriented and strong in Excel
- Accounting background (optional)

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**Sales Finance (80%)**
- S&F business partner for the Retail and Food Service Channels - supporting the definition of customer strategy to achieve targets set within AEP/iVCP
- Support in the preparation of annual client negotiations, price increases, and customer business plans with strong partnerships with Sales, SRM, Demand planning and the GM
- Partnership with SRM to evaluate the financial impacts of pricing plans and changes in trade terms/conditions to ensure delivery against MAC and Value Creation ambition
- Provide critical support to Market S&OP processes through completion of periodic Business health checks and forecast updates during the DMR in each cycle and actively represent the French market during the RIR. Through the DMR and RIR provide Financial leadership in tracking business performance against agreed targets and deifying required action to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure, that the trade budgets are managed accurately in the Trade Budget Systems; work in conjunction with sales, SRM and MGS to review trade fund use and effectiveness; identify opportunities to maximise ROI and eliminate non-working investments
- Provide support to Market GM and Regional CFO in tracking and reporting on business performance (NSV, MAC and Overheads) on a periodic, quarterly and annual basis in line with new Rhythm of Performance model
- Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current finance processes and deliver against value creation strategy
- Ensure adherence to all corporate policies and guidelines pertaining to internal control and provide broad support in the implementation of the enhanced ICE Control framework in the French Market
- Ensure finalization of transition to SFO and adoption of new ways of working in conjunction with SFO and ICTC as part of Finance of Tomorrow operating model

**Food France Overheads (10%)**
- Partner with the French GM on the management of Overheads expenditure in line with targeted levels. Driving discussions on the strategic trade-offs needed to maximise Value Creation across different channels/customer/segments

**Digital Transformation: (10%)**
- Support the adoption of key digital tools and associated changes to ways of working in France - including the adoption of 1CPL and the Overheads Budget Owner tool.
- Lead the finance transformation meetings and be an active market representative in regional/Global or cross-segment connections.
