**The Team**
Ankorstore partners with brands to grow their wholesale business through simple, efficient, and cost-effective ways to connect with independent retailers, process orders and handle logistics.
In order to deliver the best experience possible to the retailers, we need to accompany those brands through a best in class account management.
That’s the mission of the French Brand Success Team, that is responsible for managing and growing brands available on Ankorstore.
As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Category Managers and General Manager France (GM) to drive growth within a specific category.
The team values collaboration, curiosity, and a customer-centric approach to achieve exceptional results in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.
**Main Responsibilities**
As a Category Management Associate, you will be supporting the local category manager in your category animation.
- ** Keeping & building strong relationships with our top and growing brands**, driving most of the business on Ankorstore.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a close relationship with top and growing brands in your category, driving the overall GMV and impacting the gross margin.
- The sales mindset will be central in your position as you’ll be responsible for the business growth of your category
- ** Deep diving on category data**
- ** You’ll be responsible for building and presenting regular updates on the performance of the category (splitted per sub-cat, brand type ), report on the impact of the latest actions done on the category, deep diving on the category business, inputs, understanding performance in details (outputs and inputs), having a strategic view on what needs to be done at cat level**
- ** Working on the category inputs** that will maximize category growth
- You’ll work on key inputs that will maximize category growth (1 to many actions / Top brands / Webinar drumbeat / participation to commercial events)
- ** Working on the commercial animation** of the category
- You’ll collaborate with other teams (offer, acquisition, CRM, marketing, revenue operations) to build commercial animation and strategy of your category
- You’ll be animating it through events preparation, pushing for new features adoption, doing calling sessions on existing clients to do upsell
- Being the point of contact for High Potential brands, ie brands fitting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
**What we expect from you**:
- ** Strong sales competencies**: You’re able to have tough conversations with the brands and are not afraid to pick up the phone nor to meet in person to reach your team’s objectives.
- ** Rigorous and well structured**: Time management is key, and you know how to focus on what matters most for your category’s growth.
- ** Strong analytical skills**: Ability to analyze market trends, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights from data to support decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- First experience in a similar position - Sales or Account Management
- You're familiar with the world of start-ups and marketplaces,
- You're not afraid to **get your hands dirty** and play an active role in **business growth**
- You're a** team player**
- Ideally, you’re familiar with Salesforce
