**Job Description**:
As an Engineering Manager within the Platform Experience department, you will work on the Lead Management domain, core platforms on our business.

You will be responsible for maintaining the platforms of the different brands of the group AND BUILDING OUR FUTURE EUROPEAN PLATFORM IN THIS DOMAIN.In more detail, you will have to:

- Ensure the coherence of the work of your team in alignment with the strategy and be guarantor of the engineering vision
- Ensure the maintainability, testability, compliance, security and scalability of the solutions delivered by your team
- Collaborate with the Product Management team by ensuring that the functional designs are complete in order to launch the technical designs
- Ensure the execution of the roadmap of your team
- Take on the role of technical manager, with the support of the tech lead (technical choices, quality and deadline of deliverables, best practices, security, etc.)
- Participate in technical architectural decisions by challenging your team, solving problems between teams and proposing process improvements
- Lead and follow up on engineering tracks on different topics such as Cloud or performance
- Manage and develop your team members by helping them to develop their skills, make good decisions independently and work together
- Participate in the recruitment of new talent for your teamYou and your team will mainly work in a Nodejs/Typescript and AWS.

**Qualifications**:
Whatever your level of education, you have worked at least 3 years in software development and have a first experience in management.In more detail, your skills are:

- Managing and leading distributed teams according to agile/Scrum methodologies
- The ability to easily understand the business
- Technical expertise in Nodejs/Typescript and/or AWS
- Comfortable with EnglishIn terms of interpersonal skills, you are a good listener and assertive facilitator, you know how to quickly find solutions to a problem and are constantly looking for ways to improve.
