**What You'll Do**:
As a Mid-Level Product Designer at Criteo, you will combine UX design expertise, strategic thinking, and data analysis to create impactful user experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including VPs, you will help align design projects with broader business objectives. You’ll play a key role in delivering effective solutions in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic UX Design Leadership:
Lead the design process for mid-to-complex projects, balancing user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and align product strategies.
Use user insights and data to guide design decisions and set priorities effectively.
Ensure alignment between design, product, and business strategies.
2. Data-Driven Design & Usability Testing:
Use analytics and user research to validate your design decisions.
Work with data teams to monitor KPIs and measure the impact of your projects.
Plan and conduct usability tests to optimize user flows and iterate on solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Be an advocate for design, influencing strategic decisions across teams.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to deliver seamless solutions.
Foster an agile and innovation-driven culture within the team.
4. Design System Contribution:
Help expand and refine Criteo’s Design System with reusable and scalable components.
Ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
5. (Bonus) Motion Design Expertise:
Create animations and micro-interactions to elevate user experience.
Incorporate motion design principles into the Design System for consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
**Who You Are**:
Experience & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally with a strategic focus.
Strong ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and engage in strategic discussions.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive design decisions.
Languages:
Fluent in both French and English (required).
