Au sein de la Direction des Comptabilités Groupe, Valeo recherche actuellement un assistant au management controller sur le périmètre de 2 holdings du Groupe (VMS : Siège social du Groupe Valeo avec un effectif total de 550 personnes, un budget annuel de 180 M€, Valeo Finance : gestion de la R&D du Groupe et centralisatrice de cout avec un budget de plus 90 M€).

La comptabilité et le Management Control de ces 2 holdings sont réalisés par une équipe de 8 per sonnes.

Au sein de cette Direction, vous serez en charge de missions variées:

- Participer à la clôture et au reporting mensuel des Holdings Groupe en collaboration avec la comptabilité, consolider et analyser les données financières, expliquer les résultats du mois et les variations par ligne de P&L par rapport aux prévisions effectuées le mois précédent et par rapport au Budget,
- Analyser le compte de résultat (P&L) en collaboration avec le département comptabilité,
- Participer au calcul des prévisions à 3 mois (Forecast),
- Suivre les effectifs et la masse salariale en collaboration avec les RH,
- Participer au processus budgétaire et au plan moyen terme sur 5 ans avec les responsables de direction,
- Participer au suivi des investissements et des engagements de dépenses (opex + capex),
- Accompagner l’amélioration des process de reporting et de closing,
- Participer à des analyses ad-hoc avec la management controller,

**Votre profil**:

- Formation BAC+4/5 de type Ecole de Commerce ou université (Parcours Finance ou Contrôle/Comptabilité/Audit),
- Compétences informatiques **:excellente maitrise d’Excel ; **connaissance en VBA appréciée,
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie,
- Bonne m aîtrise du français et de l’anglais,
