**Your mission**
You will coach and inspire a **large team and report to the Head of Indies Partners Business Unit in France**. Your task is to nurture an environment where your team members can take responsibility for their performance and personal development. The team is focused on retention, supply optimization, upselling and communication with our indies partners on the platform, inspiring them towards more sustainable behaviour to help us achieve impact at scale. You will also ensure that best practices are shared between members of your team and to the wider global business, and you’ll collaborate closely with the **Acquisition, Marketing and the Key Account Management team**, both locally and globally.
**Your role**
- You coach and lead a large team of Indie Partner Growth specialists and nurture an environment where they can take responsibility for their performance, objectives and personal development.
- You drive the results of your team in which each Indie Partner Growth specialist focuses on improving retention and supply levels with partners that are on our platform.
- You inspire your team to maintain the excellent quality of the Indie Partners we have on our platform, and take actions to improve quality where it is needed.
- You work with the Head of Indies and the Indies sales team leads to deliver a team strategy which focuses on long term collaborations with the right Indie Partners to drive a healthy marketplace.
- You ensure knowledge and best practices sharing between the Indie Partner Growth specialists, Acquisition, Marketing and the Key Account Management team, locally and globally.
**Requirements**:
- You have experience in building and leading a team in a commercial growth role such as Account Management.
- You think analytically and are solution-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- You are experienced in using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
- You are process-focused, continuously documenting and improving processes, sharing learnings with the global team.
- You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best, be commercially driven.
- You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves - but you also think about the longer-term business implications and requirements.
- You are highly organized and can build structures and processes that meet business needs.
- Working in a commercial function in a business that has significant social and environmental impact as it scales is one of your absolute dreams. Sustainability is a great passion of yours and something that shines through in your professional and personal experiences.
- You are willing and able to undertake hands-on account management of your own portfolio of stores if required.
