Cherry Biotech’s mission is to develop the **most advanced technological platform using in-vitro human biological models to evaluate the impact of compounds** (e.g. drugs, endocrine disruptors, cosmetics) on the human body **to better treat pathologies and predict adverse side effects**. **Mission**

**Finance & Accounting**:

- Participate in bookkeeping activities, including recording invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Contribute to the preparation of tax declarations (VAT, social charges) and liaise with the accounting firm
- Help monitor customer receivables and supplier payables, and perform reconciliations
- Support the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, audits

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage administrative files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date
- Contribute to office management and procurement of supplies and services
- Assist in improving internal processes and updating procedures
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- A first experience or internship in administration, accounting, or finance is a plus
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and office management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ideally familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- You are rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-growing environment
- Ability to adapt, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems independently
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

- Desired learning path: 3 days company/2 days school
