In this context, the Chartres (Eure et Loir) production site is looking for a:
**Washing and sterilisation Specialist (NEP/SEP) - Expand Capacity Project (M/F)**
You will be working in the Expand Capacity department and reporting to the Project Manager. Your main tasks will be as follows
**Main missions as an expert**:
- You will be responsible for the technical specifications and will influence the implementation of the best process solutions through your expertise. Pragmatically challenges the design of the equipment
- Ensures that the project complies with internal and external specifications.
- Expert and actor in the qualification and validation of the equipment. Develops the strategy.
- Major player in the Design Review stages in accordance with our ergonomic, productivity, product and environmental constraints. Privileged interlocutor of the various experts of the production sites and our suppliers.
- Develops and challenges project/product schedules. Responsible for the relevance and drafting of qualification documents in accordance with our quality standards.
- Follows up on the project progress, provides solutions to sticking points and proposes all actions to resolve deviations from the schedule or specifications.
- Creation and follow-up of the Project List documents.
**Skills required for the mission**:
- This project is international in scope and will require regular travel to our production sites as well as to our suppliers in China, USA, Europe (DK...).
- You will be required to have a minimum of process engineering and design experience.
- 5 years of higher education or equivalent experience with strong technical skills.
- 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially on filling lines, knowledge of Isolators or RABS would be a plus.
You will be working in an international environment, fluency in English is essential.
