- You will join the People & Organization Department, with a dynamic team committed to your development.- The team is made up of around ten people.

**Role**
- The responsibilities of the Leadership Development Specialist include:
- Depending on the strategy, identify and design leadership development initiatives for different levels of leaders, design and implement development programs and ensure learning effectiveness.
- Ensure the site has a strong leadership pipeline by forecasting future needs, assessing current pipeline gaps, proposing solutions to fill gaps, and collaborating with HRBPs to drive implementation.
- Develop the mindset and capabilities of HRBPs to coach and work with leaders on leadership, engagement and culture.
- Develop the mindset and capabilities of leaders to encourage engagement and culture within their teams.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to help them develop their knowledge and leadership capabilities.
- Act as a champion of the leadership and culture process and evaluate the impact of development initiatives by collecting data and adjusting maximize results.

**Required Skills**:

- You have a 5-year degree from a master's program in HR or Organizational psychology.
- You have at least 4 to 7 years' professional experience in industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- You have an recognized certification in professional coaching
- You have proven experience in developing culture and leadership programs and change management within HR.
- Rigorous and autonomous, you are capable of effectively give constructive advice and attentive support.
- You enjoy collaborative work and are recognized for your ability to interact effectively with all your contacts to achieve the common goal. You will be working in an international environment, and a good level of English is essential.**Working at Novo Nordisk**
