**The role**
Our French team is looking for an** Area Sales Specialist - Southern France** who will be part of running our area retail relationships. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance throughout the chain.
**This is what you will do most of the time**:
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales network in your region**, ensuring needs are understood and met.
- **Set and achieve specific area sales targets** that contribute to ZEEKR's overall revenue targets.
- **Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the automotive sector**, identify new opportunities, and stay one step ahead of the competition.
- **Ensure exceptional customer service to our retail network** and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Collaborate closely with other departments within ZEEKR**, such as Sales, Service, and Logistics to ensure smooth operation and coordination for area sales.
- **Prepare regular reports** on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing valuable insights to ZEEKR management.
- **Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations** and industry standards.
- **Be the focal point for your area sales network** for aftersales queries, ensuring communication to the ZEEKR aftersales team to ensure our sales teams have the information and support they need.
**To be successful in this role you should demonstrate**:
- Experience of working in a regional/area sales role for an automotive OEM.
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
- Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
- A degree in Business or similar is nice to have.
