We are pleased to present this exciting opportunity for a Sector Sales Manager covering part of Europe (DACH, Benelux, Eastern Europe).

You will be responsible for pro-actively establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with selected customers and distributors, identifying new opportunities, generating new business and revenue growth, while providing total customer satisfaction. This includes: the identification and conversion of new opportunities/projects, responsibility for increasing Worldcast’s market share, and managing the project pipeline. The person will manage all aspects of demand creation through having an entrepreneurial mindset, build strong customer relationships, and manage internal and external stakeholders.

There is an existing customer base to be managed leading to:

- 90 % farming (key account management)
- 10% hunting (identifying new opportunities, participating to trade shows)

**YOUR FILE**

**Must have**
- You have experience (3-5 years) in selling and building business in electronic/software solutions.
- Project management skills for long sales cycle projects (1-12 months)
- You are an excellent relationships manager and negotiator. And you have proven flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities, to resolve problems and to lead change within team.
- Advanced French and English language skills.
- You are willing and able to travel within your assigned territory (5-15%).

**Nice to have**:

- Fluent in any language of the assigned territory (German/Dutch/Russian/etc)
- You are living in the Greater Bordeaux Area or in France
