**Votre fonction**:
Vous serez en charge de manager une équipe de 4 juristes avec l'idée de venir créer/structurer le service juridique: mise en place de process, d'une contrathèque...
Pour plus de détails, vous serez en charge:
- Assister et conseiller la structure sur tous les sujets juridique (bancaire, moyens de paiement, RGPD, conformité, corporate...);
- Mettre en place des outils de pilotage et de suivi des actions juridiques;
- Garantie la légalité et conformité de la documentation juridique des produits;
- Rédaction/négociation contractuelle;
- Mise à jour des outils juridique : templates, élaboration de procédures internes, revue des process...;
- Veille juridique et réglementaire.
**Votre profil**:
De formation juridique Bac+5, vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire/fintech idéalement et avez surtout déjà managé. Si vous avez déjà été amené à créer un service juridique et à mettre en place des process, c'est un fort avantage.
