**Overview of the role**:
The Marketing & Communications Director Customer First and CX / DCX will be responsible for driving the market positioning, offering campaigns and related ecosystem partner marketing activities across priority industry and geography in line with the business focus. The majority of the focus of this role will be on CX / DCX, but being the guardian of the overarching Customer First narrative is key to this success.
As a strategic M&C leader, you must be a strong storyteller, motivated to understand the content and understanding our clients’ journey with our brand.
This role requires effective collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization including senior leadership, Group marketing, press and analysts, as well as partners. You need to be decisive, resourceful, detail
- and results-oriented; be innovative in your marketing and communications approach while at the same time disciplined about measuring impact and effectiveness.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Define the marketing strategy aligned to business priority goals and then build and execute the marketing plan to claim the market leadership position
- Create sales and awareness campaigns that generate conversations with buyers and influencer and help grow marketing contribution to the pipeline and raise mindshare in the market
- Build a differentiating value-driven Customer Experience brand narrative and positioning for Capgemini Group aligned with priority industry sector positioning and messaging
- Execute and track multichannel campaigns
- Identify opportunities to enhance the Capgemini brand in the Customer Experience market with content such as client wins, success stories and thought leadership
- Act as a partner and trusted advisor to the Customer experience leadership and offer leaders
- Presentation of strategy and involvement in leadership meeting to ensure marketing and comms is represented and seen as integral part of the Digital Customer Experience leadership team
- Conference or event strategy and execution for Digital Customer experience growth partners
- Internal mobilization and sales enablement
- Manage the marketing and communications operations to deliver on the plan
**Experience & Qualifications**:
15 years’ experience of business-to-business, technology, or professional services marketing
Expertise in marketing strategy and planning in partnership with sales management
Expertise in a broad spectrum of marketing execution
Ability to work with dispersed matrix teams (Corporate, Sectors, Global Business Lines, Regions, Partners)
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and with project management skills
Sensitivity for varied cultural and ethical viewpoints
Strong senior stakeholder management and experience is a matrixed organization where influence is important
Ability to work with, advise and influence Senior Management - reaching conclusions and acting in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous circumstances
