Your Mission

As a
Customer Support Intern / Apprentice
, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking passengers and play a key role in delivering a smooth and memorable customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Passenger Support

  • Be the first point of contact for passengers via email and phone
  • Help passengers find the right flight and guide them through the booking process

Customer Experience & Success

  • Proactively follow up on bookings to ensure a smooth take-off experience
  • Help convert cancelled or at-risk bookings through clear communication and problem-solving
  • Collect and analyse passenger feedback to improve our processes and product

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the French Pilot Manager and the marketing team
  • Collaborate with the wider Wingly team to ensure consistent customer processes across markets

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in French & English (written and spoken)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Well-organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Enjoy helping people and creating positive interactions
  • Interest in start-ups and fast-moving environments
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus
  • Passion for aviation is a bonus (but not required)
