Your Mission
As a
Customer Support Intern / Apprentice
, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking passengers and play a key role in delivering a smooth and memorable customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
Passenger Support
- Be the first point of contact for passengers via email and phone
- Help passengers find the right flight and guide them through the booking process
Customer Experience & Success
- Proactively follow up on bookings to ensure a smooth take-off experience
- Help convert cancelled or at-risk bookings through clear communication and problem-solving
- Collect and analyse passenger feedback to improve our processes and product
Collaboration
- Work closely with the French Pilot Manager and the marketing team
- Collaborate with the wider Wingly team to ensure consistent customer processes across markets
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in French & English (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication skills
- Well-organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy helping people and creating positive interactions
- Interest in start-ups and fast-moving environments
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
- Passion for aviation is a bonus (but not required)
