**Where will you be in the organization?**

**The division**

You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).

Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.

Our main missions:

- Monitor the Security Threat Landscape
- Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group
- Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO ) of AXA entities
- Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity
- Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities

AXA Group Security is divided in 4 main blocks:

- Corporate functions (Group Mandate): Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness
- Cyber Defense (Group security services and products provider)
- Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)
- Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security): Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets

**The department / team**

Within the Cyber Defense block, you will join the Cyber Defense Audit Remediation and Governance department and more specifically the Cyber Defense reporting team in charge of designing, building, producing and maintaining all the Cyber Defense related reports; This team of 17 people is based in in both Paris (4 FTE) and Rabat (14 FTE, hybrid model managed services / extended team)

**About the job**

**Job purpose**

As a CD Reporting expert, your main objective is to bring high level expertise and coordination on all the activities of the CD Reporting team, managing the reporting for CD activities (target letter, DORA Firewall, Security Operations Center, Registry of Access, and future ones.), for Group Security (GARI/MTSB ) or for entities (HORUS AXA France ). We are relying on a limited central but senior central team to provide this expertise.

You will ensure the development of the more junior team members, ensuring the overall business coordination (management is done locally in AXA GBS Morocco).

**Main missions**

Your responsibilities include:

- Design, in close coordination with all AXA GO stakeholders (data, architect, operations ), the reporting answering to the CD business needs
- Coordinate the built phase by supporting more junior resources and stakeholders
- Ensure a high-level expertise to support a smooth operation of the reports
- Anticipate the changes (technology, data, infrastructure ), propose new approachesto secure sustainable solutions

Broad infrastructure and data management knowledge, including several of the following dimensions
- Security Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in overseeing and maintaining security systems, including firewalls, Intrusion Detection
