**THE ROLE**:
The position is attached to the R&D Assets division R&D Energy.
You will work within the R&D Assets division involved in many projects in collaboration with the Energy division and the CMA CGM group investment fund. As part of the R&D program for the energy transition, you will be in charge of coordinating studies and projects related to renewable energy production.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Based on your experience and in support of the R&D Energy Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coordinate the work of subcontractors and service providers.
Carry out technical reviews of projects submitted to the R&D department, in order to characterize and compare the performance of manufacturing processes.
Monitor new processes in partnership with the group's incubators.
Collaborate with the group's suppliers in the development of production units.
Participate in the maintenance of an updated comparison of these production cycles/uses.
Collaborate in the market perspective studies of the energy department.
Present the synthesis of work to the R&D and Energy departments.
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Your degree is specialized in thermodynamics, process, renewable energy (MSc, engineer option Thermodynamic energy) of level BAC + 5. You already have experience in industrial energy production.
**Technical skills required**:
Strong knowledge in thermodynamics, mechanics, and combustion
Strong knowledge in eco-responsible engineering
Knowledge in power generation (wind farm, nuclear farm, electrolysers...)
Project management
**Relational skills**:
Thoroughness, ability to synthesize and analyze
Curiosity and ability to learn
Critical spirit
Autonomy and dynamism to move your files forward
