**YOUR ROLE**:
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will act as the Director of a Business Unit with a budget of €1.5 billion over five years, to pursue investment actions for the decarbonization of the Group's value chain, both internally (greening of assets and equipment) and externally (start-ups, companies, and funds in the field of energy transition).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Promotion and Support of Projects to Accelerate Decarbonization of CMA CGM Group Activities
Project Instruction in Coordination with Operational Teams (R&D / Energy / CSR / Finance / Tax / Legal / Business / Zebox) and Contract Negotiations
Coordination of Files in a Dedicated Committee with Comex Members
Presentation of Files to the CSR Committee for Validation by the Presidency
Internal Coordination and Reporting of the PULSE Portfolio
**External Representation of the Group**: Preferred Interlocutor on project investment, Representation in Governance Bodies of Participations, Occasional Communication in Coordination with the Communication Department
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Master degree in finance, you have at least 10 years of professional experience in managing investment projects.
Proficiency in financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
Capacity to synthesize information to aid in strategic decision-making, including identifying and managing financial, legal, and operational risks related to investments, with knowledge of decarbonization.
Strong oral and written communication skills, along with negotiation abilities to convince partners and investors.
Fluent in English
