***Job description***:
As Director of Information Security, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's information security strategy. This role involves overseeing the protection of data, managing security risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. They will work closely with other departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the business and report directly to the Head of IT with the strong support of the founders and CTO.

Your key Responsibilities will be:

- Establish and enforce security strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines for the whole company including the product department.
- Maintain, improve and extend security certification (ISO 27001, possibly SOC2, CSA STAR...). Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Carry enablement and supportive actions to customer-facing positions on Information security and compliance topics.
- Operational and People Management of the information security team (5 people).

With your team, that includes:

- Lead the organization in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.
- Manage security incidents and breaches response, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop security awareness training programs.
- Carry out the regulatory watch, security threats anticipation and intelligence

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in information security, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Extensive security experience in a Web environment and/or public cloud (we use Google Cloud Platform).
- Proficiency in risk management, threat assessment, and incident response.
- Good communication in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and departments.
