Fast Retailing is a global company that operates multiple fashion brands including UNIQLO, Comptoir des Cotonniers, Princesse Tam Tam, Theory and more. As the world’s third-largest manufacturer and retailer of private-label apparel, the Fast Retailing Group offers high-quality, reasonably-priced clothing by managing everything from procurement, design, and production to retail sales.
We are currently looking for an Information security Specialist to join a strong team working in the area of cybersecurity, compliance, risk assessment, awareness activities for all brands of Fast Retailing present in Europe.
This role reports to the Head of the Information Security Office based in Paris. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The role requires full fluency in English and French. Please submit your CV in English for us to assess your fluency level.
Main responsibilities- Maintain an information management and protection framework for an effective company-wide governance programme, providing advice to business leaders- Manage day-to-day security activities, including conducting third-party security assessments, implementing company policies, procedures, training and communication related to the information security programme.- Identify, track and oversee internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements (PCI, GDPR, Data Privacy, etc.) for the organization including compliance with established policies, procedures, standards, baselines and controls.- Together with the Legal Department, implement actions to ensure compliance with relevant information management and protection laws.- Manage information security awareness programmes.- Investigate security incidents and alerts and drive remediation.- Maintain company-wide, cross functional incident response plan tailored to information security threats and scenarios / critical assets of interest.Background:
- BS or MS degree in IT, Security or Computer Science.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in information security governance and compliance.
Skills and abilities:
- Good knowledge of information risk assessment and compliance needs.- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to security and data privacy.- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written French and English.- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team.- Strong sense of ownership and driven to manage tasks to completion.- Strong capabilities on reporting activities.
