- En tant qu’**Engineering Unit Manager**, vous serez le **leader stratégique** d’une unité opérationnelle d’ingénierie composée de **150 experts** dans un domaine pointu.
Votre rôle **:booster la performance**, **développer les talents**, **garantir la qualité des livrables** et **porter l’innovation** au cœur de nos projets.- Votre rôle sera de piloter la Practice Unit en veillant à la performance économique et à la qualité des livrables.- Vous aurez la responsabilité de suivre les indicateurs clés (ARVE/URVE), d’optimiser la pyramide des compétences et la structure des coûts, ainsi que de garantir la rentabilité des projets.
Vous interviendrez également dans les phases d’avant-vente en collaboration avec les Industry Units, en participant aux activités de solutioning et en assurant la cohérence des offres avec les Engagement Managers.Au-delà de la performance, vous serez un acteur majeur du développement des talents : définir le plan de recrutement, promouvoir les talents internes, développer les compétences et certifications, et favoriser la rétention des collaborateurs.- Enfin, vous contribuerez à l’attractivité de la Practice et de son Engineering Unit, en participant à la stratégie business et en veillant à l’alignement avec les standards de la Global Business Line Engineering.

Vous savez fédérer et motiver des équipes pluridisciplinaires, tout en garantissant la qualité et la rentabilité des projets.
