**Key Responsibilities**:
- Risk Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
- Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of financial operations to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Analysis and Reporting: Perform detailed risk assessments and present findings to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, compliance, and operations, to foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and auditing within the investment banking sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CIA) are a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk management software and auditing tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
