Product and Trade manager (F/H)

**Votre mission**
En tant que Product and Trade manager (F/H) de la marque Schär en France, vous gérez la catégorie dans le pays, êtes le garant du portefeuille produits et du marketing mix produit. Ainsi, sous la responsabilité de la Head of Marketing France Espagne Portugal, vous contribuez à maximiser la satisfaction client et consommateurs, pour accroître notre présence et notre position de leader sur le marché.- **Analyse marché **:En collaboration avec le Category Manager, vous réalisez une veille concurrentielle, étudiez et analysez les performances du marché de la catégorie ainsi que les tendances via les panels de consommateurs.
- **Assortiment **:Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies catégorielles pour assurer un bon marketing mix produit.
- ** Plan Trade Marketing**: Vous participez à l’élaboration du plan marketing, y compris les opérations magasins et les outils destinés à la Force de Vente. Vous développez les outils de communication et de marketing tels que les PLV, les argumentaires, les outils d’aide à la vente, etc.
- **Coordination groupe**: En lien constant avec le marketing du siège en Italie, vous coordonnez les actions et remontez les besoins et les recommandations issues de vos analyses marché. Vous communiquez localement sur les changements et les nouveautés implémentées par le siège et participez à la sélection des produits à lancer sur notre marché.
- ** Budget**: vous gérez votre budget pour le plan trade marketing et les études marché.

**Votre profil**
Vous avez obtenu un master (bac+5) dans le marketing ou avez une expérience significative équivalente. Vous avez également une expérience dans une grande entreprise dans la gestion de produit ou le category management. Une expérience dans l’industrie des PGC est souhaitée.- Anglais et français obligatoire, niveau B2 minimum.
- Aisance avec Excel et Power Point.
- Esprit de synthèse et d'analyse pour interpréter les résultats et faire des recommandations
- « Growth mindset » : volonté de progresser et d'apprendre, curiosité et ouverture d’esprit, intérêt pour l’expérimentation.
- Conviction et influence pour mener à bien les projets.
- Bon relationnel vous permettant de collaborer efficacement avec les agences, le siège en Italie, les prestataires, l'ensemble de l'équipe marketing mais aussi le Category Manager, l'équipe Force de Vente, le responsable e-commerce, etc...
