**Role description**:

- The Industry Market Manager Local is responsible to link all local tasks between sales, procurement, CSR, EMEA IMMs, system administration, supply chain and operations. PM local should be a central point of contact on regional level.

**_Key Areas of responsibility:_**
- Manage local suppliers, product sourcing incl. product availability and inventory optimization
- Control purchasing processes / planning
- Cooperate with sales (e.g. pricing guidelines in line with market development, push products)
- Develop and manage relevant market know-how and strategically position products
- Act as contact point for customer service, sales and IMMs
- Process Purchase - orders according to quality standards and targets at local ERP system
- Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks
- Represent contact point for local team for any kind of questions related to delivery/order/suppliers mgmt.
- Managing new product introductions (incl. System Work (SAP): Setting up products in the systems)
- Defining (value based) pricing guidelines and implement into the ERP system
- Informing Sales management/ Sales teams about price changes
- Support solving Supply Chain issues
- Local Supplier duties: (for suppliers who brings a valuable GP contribution)
- Taking care of stocks/setting guidelines for purchasing of certain materials
- Sample coordination

**Market development**

**Admin**
- Ensure appropriate local system data administration (e.g., Prices, Product implementation, stock level monitoring, etc.)

**Required Experience**
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Solution orientated mind set
- **Mastering French language is mandatory**. **Good English language skills are necessary**, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage but not necessary
