**Job Description Summary**: The Quality Manager's mission is to guarantee the quality of any engine part delivered by FAMAT a Joint Venture dedicated to the manufacturing of complex welded parts, governed by EASA Part 21G, ISO9100, AS13100 and NADCAP.

Le/La Responsable Qualité a pour mission de garantir la qualité des produits fabriqués dans le cadre du processus de production de composants structurels de moteurs de grandes tailles, régis par l’EASA Part 21G, ISO9100, AS13100 et NADCAP.

Essential Responsibilities

Le rôle est le suivant:
Member of the management committee of a Joint Venture between GE Aerospace and Safran Aircraft Engine, the quality director is responsible for
- Define the organization’s quality policy
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians (23 people) divided into 4 teams
- Support company functions in their quality approach (processes, methods, tools, resources)
- Organize and lead regulatory and normative monitoring of processes and processes.
- Define and deploy quality processes, methods and tools, including problem solving methods, FMEA, MSA
- Manage the management of non-compliant product and the release of products
- Collaborate with customer design and production teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Manage the process of improving quality performance by implementing Lean and 6 sigma approaches
- Ensure customer interface and problem resolution in the event of exported non-conformities and/or major problems
- Manage metrology and periodic verifications linked to special processes by laboratory management.
- Manage the APQP approach in collaboration with the technical team
- Contribute, as a member of the management committee, to complex decision-making concerning the company.

- _ Diriger une équipe d’ingénieurs et techniciens (23 personnes) répartis en 4 équipes_
- _ Accompagner les fonctions de l’entreprise dans leur démarche qualité (processus, méthodes, outils, moyens)_
- _ Organiser et animer les surveillances réglementaires et normatives des processus et procédés._
- _ Définir et déployer les processus, méthodes et outils de la qualité, y compris les méthodes de résolution de problèmes, AMDEC, MSA_
- _ Piloter la gestion du produit non conforme et la libération des produits_
- _ Collaborer avec les équipes de conception des clients et de production pour garantir la conformité aux spécifications techniques et aux normes de sécurité. _
- _Piloter la démarche d’amélioration de la performance de la qualité par la mise en place de démarches Lean et 6 sigmas_
- _ Assurer l’interface client et la résolution de problèmes dans le cas de non-conformités exportées et/ou de problèmes majeurs_
- _ Piloter la métrologie et les vérifications périodiques liés aux procédés spéciaux par le management du laboratoire._
- _ Piloter la démarche APQP en collaboration avec l’équipe technique_
- _ Contribuer, en tant que membre du comité de direction, aux prises de décision complexes concernant l’entreprise._
