Job Description
Our client, a leading global data centre developer, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Paris. This is a long-term consultancy contract (12 months, renewable) working on one of Europe's most technically advanced facilities.
Role OverviewAs Quality Manager, you will oversee and maintain all quality processes across construction, installation, and commissioning phases. You will ensure all work meets project specifications, client standards, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Deliver ITP's
Conduct regular audits of contractors, subcontractors, and site activities.
Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality reporting.
Work closely with construction, commissioning, and HSE teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Lead quality inspections and coordinate documentation for handover.
Support the client with continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
5+ years' experience as a Quality Manager on mission-critical, industrial, or hyperscale data centre projects.
Strong understanding of construction quality processes, ISO standards, and European regulations.
Experience managing quality for large-scale technical installations.
- Previous experience on Amazon, Microsoft or Google projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Right to work in France or ability to operate via consultancy /independent contract.
The Quality Manager will be required to be available to work form the design offices 5 days a week and then move to construction site nearby after the first 9 months.
