As a Campus Recruiter Intern, your primary focus will be on sourcing and recruiting top talent for our internship and apprenticeship programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while also contributing to the vibrancy of our student community.

**YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)**:
- Recruitment Focus (90%):

- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and database, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance reporting.
- Student Community Animation (10%):

- Organize and animate events to engage and support the student community at Back Market across all European offices (collaboratively with the team based in Paris and Bordeaux).
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience and foster a sense of belonging.

**YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF**:
- English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you
- .You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment and you can manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines (good organizational skills and attention to details required)
- You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- You have ideally a prior experience in Recruitment or Sales/Business development working in English
- You are enrolled in a university in France that can provide an internship agreement and you are looking for a 6-month internship starting from July or August 2025

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:
- Video-call Interview with Julien, Talent Acquisition Manager (30min)
- Technical Skilsl and Cultural fit interview with the Campus Team (45min)
