Overview:
We are seeking a **Workday HCM Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform at Axway. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our global Workday platform to support HR and talent management processes.

The Workday HCM Manager will be responsible for coordinating system updates, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and ensuring the seamless operation of our HR system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure that Workday HCM continues to align with the company’s goals and objectives.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the Workday HCM Manager will also actively contribute to HCM integration projects. This includes supporting the integration of new entities into the Workday ecosystem, participating in requirement gathering and solution design, and ensuring that systems and processes are aligned and scalable. The role will involve close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency across regions.

- ** Platform Management & Operations**
- Lead day-to-day operational activities for the Workday HCM platform, ensuring system stability and availability across all regions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to HR processes.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and releases, coordinating with IS and external vendors to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead the design and development of new Workday HCM configurations for Core and collaborate with partners to achieve best in class integration with other modules including Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- ** User Access & Security**
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles in Workday to ensure that security and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular audits of user roles and permissions to safeguard sensitive employee data.
- ** Issue Resolution & Support**
- Act as a point of contact for system-related issues, providing support and resolution to HR, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Work with the Workday support team or vendors for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.
- Analyze and remediate existing Workday tenant to improve global consistency of employee experience while also enhancing performance, scalability, and compliance.
- ** Continuous Improvement**
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for optimizing HR processes within the Workday HCM platform.
- Implement enhancements, process improvements, and automation to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on Workday’s latest features, releases, and best practices to maximize the platform’s capabilities for 74Software.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configuration, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide regular system performance and issue resolution reports to leadership.
- Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and 74Software’s internal governance policies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.

Qualifications:
**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing, supporting, or administering Workday HCM.
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning preferred.
- Expertise in remediating and enhancing existing Workday tenants.
- Exposure to Workday implementations is an advantage
- ** Technical Skills**
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM platform configuration, system integrations, and data management.
- Knowledge of Workday security model and role-based access control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- ** Communication & Collaboration**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies in a global organization, and a strong ability to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from diverse global and local stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in collaborating with vendors and external support teams.
- Fluent in French and English
- ** Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Workday HCM certification(s) preferred (e.g., Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, etc.).
