**Votre rôle et vos missions**:

Within the Group, you will join the PBRC department which is directly related to the financial direction. It is notably in charge of analyzing and reporting the financial performance of all AXA Group entities.

**2- Your job and daily missions**:
You will be in charge of:

- Controlling consolidated figures and analyzing the financial performances (in terms of activity, profitability and volumes) of the different countries and business segments (including Life and Savings, Health, Property and Casualty, Asset Management, Banking, Holdings);
- Contributing to the team’s deliverables which contain the analysis and follow up of financial KPIs that are then delivered to the Group’s CFO & Management Committee and to the various stakeholders of the group.
- Participating in the production of externally released documents (annual report, activity report, financial supplement).
- Provide support on transversal reporting processes: identify, design and implement improvements.
- Helping the team conduct the financial closings on a timely manner, ensuring no flows to Group deliverables - Communicate and work with the entities in the respective scope to provide assistance and become a trusted business partner. Pro-actively engage with the entities to source information and needs

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Dynamic, rigorous, and available
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as PowerPoint
- Strong will to learn and work in financial analysis.
- Fluent in English (daily professional use) and French

b. Education
- Last year of business or engineering school.
