As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic GTM Enablement Lead to drive the structuring and operationalisation of our “global offering strategic initiative” and ensure impactful, localised marketing in France.

**The Role**

As the GTM Enablement Lead for the “global offering strategic initiative”, you will be at the heart of shaping and executing our global marketing approach, while also ensuring its effective deployment in France. This unique, dual-role position combines strategic leadership in defining a “One way of working around the Offering Backbone” with hands-on operational marketing—acting as both an accelerator for global initiatives and a “test & learn” model for local impact.

You will work closely with global and local stakeholders, championing best practices, driving adoption, and continuously improving our marketing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

“Global offering strategic initiative” Enablement & GTM (60%)
- Structuring the global offering marketing Backbone: Define and refine a unified approach to content and campaign management, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
- GTM Campaign Integration: Embed offering assets into a standardised, customisable GTM marketing campaign framework, tailored by persona and market. Deploy this framework in France and support other marketers to deploy this methodology over 41 countries.
- Internal Engagement: Promote and drive broad adoption of the offering across the organization through effective internal communications and training.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key success metrics (e.g., campaign results, adoption rates, engagement levels) to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Operational Marketing - France (40%)
- GTM Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM plan for the French market, ensuring alignment with global offering strategy.
- Local Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns in France, from planning to ROI analysis.
- CxO events: Be part of the creation of CxO events 88Virtuals and physicals) to influence clients decision makers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local business leaders and the global marketing team to align strategies and maximize results.
- Test & Learn: Use the French market as a “test & learn” deployment model to refine global initiatives and share best practices.

**Collaboration & Stakeholders**

You will be a key connector between global and local teams, collaborating with:

- Global offering Sponsor & Champion: Providing strategic direction and advocacy for the initiative.
- Practice Lead: Ensuring alignment with consulting practices and service offerings.
- Growth Leader/Market Lead: Driving local market growth and adoption.
- Growth Team: Supporting lead generation and pipeline development.
- Operational Marketing Team: Ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

**Key Success Metrics**
- Campaign Results: Lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Adoption Rates: Internal team engagement and utilization of offering assets.
- ROI: Measurable return on marketing investments in France.
- Innovation: Number of new assets or processes tested and scaled from France to other markets.
