**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Partner Recruitment**: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners into the AWS ecosystem.
- **Partner Enablement**: Activate and develop existing partner portfolios by promoting AWS technologies and programs.
- **Program Support**: Guide partners through AWS programs, incentives, and technical resources to accelerate their success.
- **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment with AWS strategies and objectives.
- **Market Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to drive AWS adoption and growth across the channel.

**What we need to see from you**

**Required Qualifications**

- **Experience**:

- Proven success in SaaS and cloud technology environments.
- Strong background in AWS solutions and services.

- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.

- **Knowledge**:

- Deep understanding of AWS technologies, partner programs, and cloud market trends.

** Preferred Qualifications**

- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- Experience in channel development and partner ecosystems.
