Citizen Development Lead

As part of Pharm Systems Analytics / Data strategy we are looking for a technology savvy, versatile leader to champion our delivery through the Citizen developer framework. Part of the IT organization, the main responsibility will be to ensure the tools and processes IT organization is providing the business with is fit for purpose and executed smoothly.

We need you to act as a domain expert on tools & IT processes for Intelligent Automations at BD

Our citizen developer framework is providing standard process, documentation & tools to business developer / data analytics associates for them to deliver solution to the business on an infrastructure supported by IT.

You will facilitate the extraction and re-engineering of data from our BD core systems to improve the execution of the operational daily tasks/activities of business partners

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Train, lead and support citizen developer under Pharmaceutical Systems business unit in the scope of governance processes and technology solution (RPA, SQL, etc)
- Review design and code of the developed solution according to coding standard best practices.
- Coordinate and formalize the solution deliver by citizen developer transition to AMO - Application Maintenance & Operations - after end of hyper care
- Be a point of contact between business stakeholders, the Citizen Dev, Core Area Delivery teams and the AMO teams
- Collaborate with automation development & operation teams to ensure standard methodology of citizen developer adherence through all stages of the automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, and production support.
- Act as SQL database owner

**What you bring**:

- Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field or equivalent experience
- Proven hands-on experience in being lead of developing/delivering solutions.
- Experience in Database MSSQL or Azure SQL
- Experience in Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform is desired
- Experience in big data solutions (e.g. pipelines management Azure Data Factory and Data Lake, etc)
- Proficient in English
- Effective communication with non-technical users for the purpose of:

- Ability to obtain process input as needed to accurately fulfil business requirements
- Added advantage if you are familiar with VBA, Azure Dev Ops, MS ACCESS, Python and API.
