You join the Trade Finance Operations team as Manager Agent - Structured Commodities.

This team is dedicated to setting up and monitoring the Global Trade Finance Operations Group.

Your daily tasks are:

- Manage a portfolio of financing files that you complete, implement, monitor and follow up (syndication, amendments, contractual obligations of the borrower, reporting, management of commitments by signature and guarantees received, repayment, possible restructuring...);
- Contribute to cross-border projectsbeyond the scope of the team’s intervention

To carry out your function, you are the privileged interface of the front office, whose issues and problems you understand, but also your client and other stakeholders and internal and/or external stakeholders at the Bank (banks, legal department, back office, risk department, treasury, branches, lawyers...), with whom you know how to communicate in the interest of funded projects and Natixis.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have first successful experience in the financing field, ideally within a middle office and/or in connection with raw materials financing.

You are proficient in:

- Syndicated loans;
- Analysis of contractual documentation in English;
- Specialized financial arrangements;
- Common office tools and, ideally, VBA.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Sensitive to business issues;
- Organized, reliable and rigorous;
- Motivated by teamwork.

You have a command of English at level B2.
