**Job description**:
**What you’ll do**

Doctolib is looking for a Senior Strategy Associate for France focusing on the Sales & Satisfaction team. You will work within the Business Performance team in structuring our Sales & Satisfaction machine and maximizing the efficiency and performance in France, in collaboration with the Directors and the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Steer sales performance all over the sales cycle to shape France growth
- Support the team in defining clear and right targets to boost performance
- Design bonus structure and compute them to align interests
- Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Design & roll-out perfect sales tools
- Train Sales users on tools and ensure 100% adoption of tools
- Be the referent for end user support (Sales, managers...)

- 1-3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or scale-up company in similar positions;
- You hold a degree from a business school / engineering school;
- You have strong analytical skills, analytical approach to solve problems
- Excellent command of Excel
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling

- You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

- You are fluent in English. Native speaker of French.
