Job DescriptionWe are looking for junior and senior consultants (Associate, 0-2 years and Senior Associate 2-4 years' experience,) to join our growing Finance team.
Mission
We are looking for ambitious and rigorous talents who want to contribute to the creation of tomorrow's standards.
Within the firm, the consultant will be involved in a variety of transactional contexts (Venture Capital/Private Equity/M&A) on financial due diligence assignments for the purchase or sale on behalf of our clients, in France and abroad.
You will work closely with our legal teams to provide our clients with a unique dual perspective. Your work will help confirm or deny an investment decision and shed light on the key issues of the deal.
QualificationsYou have a first-class academic background (business or engineering school, top university education) and have successful experience as a trainee and/or analyst in Transaction Services, financial audit, investment banking, investment funds or strategy consulting.
You have a perfect command of written and spoken English.
You are daring, creative and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Your rigour and intellectual curiosity are no longer in question, as is your ability to create a positive and effective team dynamic to successfully complete projects.
