**WHO WE ARE**
Red Bear is a dedicated company of the ASEE Group, formed to deliver Technology expertise and high-end solutions to Data Centre Construction Projects and high spec ICT deployments throughout Europe.

Red Bear was created through discussions with clients, and their need to have better competition, quality and transparency in the marketplace for key services within hyperscale deployments, mini clusters or upgrades on existing sites.

**THE ROLE**
As Project Manager you will create an engaging environment, leading your team from the front, working closely with your internal management team to achieve great results in every aspect of delivering the ICT related projects.

Together with the Divisional lead you will lead your team, develop, coach & nurture to the next level, whilst being the face of the project to our end client. During each phase of project delivery from pre-construction, design management, construction, commercial, HSQE and project handover, you will be the first point of contact on site. In this role you will chair internal meetings, conduct reviews, deliver briefings, deal with challenging and engaging conversations with our internal and external colleagues. You will work closely with our client project stakeholders and subcontractors to deliver world class results.

The scope of projects we deliver for our clients range from simple small works through to business critical utility and infrastructure upgrades we understand so well within our expertise. As project manager you will liaise with the Divisional lead and must work with your team to ensure that project scopes have been understood, that all relevant client stakeholders have been engaged to ensure that our impact on the DC operations is always minimised.

You will be expected to liaise with our Health and Safety manager to identify, manage and report all risks associated with the operation of your projects during its full life cycle.

The role will be based on the client project location in Paris, France. We have a preference that you will live in this area or are willing to locate for the duration of the project assignment.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Build a strong and reliable relationship with your team to facilitate efficiency and growth
- Engage a transparent relationship with the client that is based on honesty and collaboration
- Empowering a culture of safety and security by complying with internal and client safety programs and policies
- Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery
- Be accountable for end-to-end project plans, from project intake and programming to commissioning and handover
- Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality.
- Final decision making on all day to day site operational actions and staff
- Take responsibility for project budget control and commercial performance
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
- Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- French/English speaking
- Strong leadership skills and experience required
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects with in the ICT/DC environment
- Good digital and personal communication skills required
- Strong experience in ICT or Data Centre environment required
- Strong computer literacy essential
- Project Management Qualification preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Perform and execute organisation’s safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge assessments
