Group Strategic Planning Senior Analyst

You will join the Group Financial Planning team. as part of the Strategic Planning team, we support the CEO in developing the group's strategic pillars, creating the long-term plan, supporting emerging strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis, and exploring and promoting new approaches related to the group's strategy and performance.

Reporting to the Director of Group Strategic Planning, you will be specifically responsible for developing and managing the group's strategic pillars and collaborating on strategic projects (tech, business models, emerging behaviours, etc.).

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with recognized analytical and relational skills, an understanding of the Group's strategic issues, and the ability to influence executive decisions.

Your daily tasks will include:
Developing and monitoring the qualitative aspect of the long-term plan:

- Contributing to the development of the group's strategic choices and pillars;
- Managing the strategic pillars with regular presentations and exchanges with stakeholders across the group;
- Building and sharing regular reports on the progress of the group's strategic initiatives (scorecard).

Supporting the group's emerging strategic initiatives:

- Providing expertise in financial modeling and analysis (partnership & external growth) to Ubisoft's key stakeholders;
- Advising cross-functional teams to support them in their strategic thinking;
- Studying acquisition, divestiture, and partnership in collaboration with the Corporate Finance team.

**Qualifications** Relevant experience**
- You have solid experience in strategy and data analysis, and demonstrate strong skills in financial modeling.
- Your varied professional background in strategy consulting firms or strategic departments of large companies allows you to propose different strategies and approaches.

**Skills and knowledge**
- You are curious and seek to build an in-depth knowledge of the creative industries;
- You are proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
- You are recognized for your leadership qualities and have no difficulty collaborating with international teams;
- You are confident in your ability to provide advice to executives (up to C-level) and deliver impactful presentations;
- You stand out for your rigor, reliability, curiosity, and initiative;
- You are fluent in English.
