**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure a seamless player experience.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies and implement QA best practices.
- Perform API testing and validate data consistency across different systems.
- Work closely with customer support and business teams to understand and address reported issues.
- Maintain test plans and documentation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and trends in QA and software testing.

**Requirements**:

- ** Must have experience working with Tier 1 regions.**
- Experience in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SQL databases for data validation.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize testing processes.
- Experience with test **automation tools** (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and testing in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of **performance testing tools** (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).
- Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance testing.
- Fluency in English is a must; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
