rattaché à la direction financière et administrative, votre mission sera de garantir la fiabilité et la disponibilité des données financières auprès de la direction générale et de l’équipe d’investissement:
recueillir des éléments dans le but d’établir les valeurs liquidatives trimestrielles
suivre l’activité des véhicules d’investissement incluant notamment la participation à l’établissement des valorisations semestrielles et la vie juridique des véhicules
calculer, analyser et réaliser le reporting financier des fonds (performances, ratios, valorisations, risques, scénarios d’exit...)
missions transverses à réaliser au sein du middle office : suivi de la fiscalité française et étrangère, refacturation, suivi des comptes ifrs & us gaap, suivi de la performance des participations
veiller à certains contrôles de premier niveau sur les procédures internes

you
pour travailler dans un environnement international, nous recherchons un profil de formation comptable ou école de commerce
vous justifiez de 3 à 5 années minimum acquises à des fonctions similaires au sein d’un acteur du private equity ou d’une société de gestion
vous possédez un anglais courant (écrit et oral)
votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre esprit d’équipe sont des atouts indispensables, ainsi que votre curiosité et polyvalence. vous disposez impérativement d’un niveau d’anglais courant, êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (excel, power point, word) et la présentation d’informations financières et juridiques
une expérience internationale serait un plus
